Buying property in Thailand
Thailand offers several clear routes into residential property, but the right structure depends on whether you are buying a condominium, a villa or land-linked property. Foreign buyers can own qualifying condominium units in their own name within the building’s foreign ownership quota. Villas and houses require a different legal and commercial assessment.
Our role is to separate attractive marketing from the practical details: ownership quota, title, fees, building management, completion risk and the likely resale audience. We present those points before reservation, not after.
Where we are focused
Pattaya is our first priority, including Pratumnak Hill, Wongamat, Jomtien and Na Jomtien. We also advise on selected Bangkok residences and resort property where the building, location and ownership position are sufficiently clear.
Use the property inventory for current availability, or send us a brief if the right home is not shown. Not every instruction is published online.
